Deer Valley’s beautiful grounds, scenic views, and peaceful surroundings are complimented by resort-like amenities including the following:
- A main clubhouse and leasing center that includes a state-of-the fitness center, picturesque pool, an inviting pub area, billiards room and available Wi-Fi for guests.
- A second clubhouse at Deer Valley North featuring an additional fitness room, indoor and outdoor lounge areas, an outdoor built-in grill, putting green and rustic outdoor fireplace.
- A 2.5 mile long walking trail that winds around the perimeter of our properties and features beautiful views of the surrounding valleys and hills.
- Fun community events including an annual holiday party, Cinco de Mayo party, beer and wine tastings, summer barbeques and ice cream socials.
- A professional and courteous staff that make it their priority to provide superior customer service so that all of our residents feel like they are home.
In order to operate the pool and fitness rooms, we are required to adhere to a significant number of guidelines set forth by the North Central Health District. The safety of the Deer Valley residents and employees is our top priority amd we will post regulations here if needed.
