association fees and ongoing maintenance charges.

Deer Valley Townhomes requires a $1,000 security deposit and a 12-month lease. Application fee of $100 (single); $150 (two persons); $200 (three persons); $250 (four persons) is due to hold an apartment until credit/background approval at which time this fee is applied toward the security deposit.

Application fees apply to persons 18 years of age and older. To initiate the process, please complete and sign the attached application and submit the appropriate fee. Please make checks payable to Deer Valley Townhomes, LLC.

Additional fees apply for parking a third vehicle and/or security system monitoring.
