Eric S. Santini dreamed of a development like Deer Valley Townhomes in the late 1980’s. He could envision the property’s potential with
its picturesque New England setting and its proximity to Hartford, retail shopping and Bradley International Airport. In 1999, Eric, along
with his son Kevin, began developing a subdivision of beautiful custom designed homes called Gasek Farms. With the successful
launch of Gasek Farms underway, Eric initiated the design and planning stages of Deer Valley with his son Eric. Deer Valley was designed to be a unique and luxurious townhome development that would compliment the upscale custom homes in the adjacent Gasek Farms Community. Construction at Deer Valley commenced in the summer of 2002 and the first buildings opened in the fall of 2003 - to an overwhelmingly positive public response. The introduction of the stunning clubhouse in 2005 marked an exciting chapter in the Deer Valley story. Designed to cater to the lifestyle of its residents, the clubhouse facility includes a fitness room with top-of-the-line equipment, a bar area that resembles an Irish pub, a theatre and a beautifully landscaped pool area. It was the dream of Eric S. Santini to create a townhome community unlike any other where custom home features and country club-like amenities unite to offer its residents a truly rewarding living experience.
